We are passionate about food and had the idea that convenience didn't have to mean supermarket ready meals- all made in factories by machines and with all sorts of things added to make them last longer.
Our food is handmade in our kitchen by Karin, using recipes collected over the years or handed down from family. Everything is made in our own pots and pans, we only use natural ingredients and we don't pad out anything with preservatives or additives.
The result is our food tastes great. It tastes the way food should taste. It should make each meal you have with us memorable. When was the last time you had something you really enjoyed? Chances are it was something really simple, and it wasn't a supermarket ready meal!
To ensure our food reaches you in tip top condition, we dispatch it in keep-cool boxes which keep the food fresh and as cool as a refrigerator. The boxes can keep them cool for up to 48 hours, but we send the food out overnight on the day of cooking, so you will receive it within 24 hours. Straight into the fridge and it can last for up to a further 3 days. Or you can pop it straight into your freezer where it will last for up to 3 months.
We don't recommend that you freeze the fish pates as they are made with cream cheese and don't freeze well.
