We make our lentil and tomato soup to an old family recipe. This is completely vegetarian and gluten free.
We take organic lentils and cook with organic onions and carrots, in our own vegetable stock, add tomatoes and then simmer for a few hours. The result is a very tasty soup, ideally served with a large crusty loaf- or why not try some of our cheese and mustard scones with it for a real treat.
This size feeds two people, or can be used over two days if stored in the fridge.
