We make this soup from bacon from Ramsay of Carluke, and simmer for a couple of hours with organic split yellow and green peas, and some onions. It makes a thick, tasty soup best served piping hot with crusty bread or some of our cheese and onion scones.
This size easily feeds two people, or can be used over two days as long as it is kept in the fridge once opened.
It is gluten free, made with bacon, split peas and organic onions.
