Our Soups

Our soups were shortlisted in the Scottish Food and Drink Excellence Awards 2009, and are available fresh and bursting with organic vegetables, and meats from our local farms.  We believe our soups taste the way food used to. We use traditional recipes and the best of local ingredients. We don't need to add anything to preserve them or try to pack them out with flour and fats. So that means that all our soups are flour- free. Our vegetable broth contains barley, but that is the only grain used. Every other soup is completely gluten free.

Our soups are hand-made and home-made. Not in a factory but in our kitchen at home. Everything we make is done so in small batches and that ensures quality. Our soups are the closest you will get to cooking them yourself, and in fact some of our customers have told us that they pretend they have indeed made them!

We have eight soups in our range, and we add to this as the seasons change.
