If you like a thick soup, this is the one for you. It is packed full of healthy vegetables and Scottish barley, with our own vegetable stock to give it more depth.
Its a great warming soup, and would be ideal with some garlic bread to dip into it- or any crusty bread for that matter.
We've used all local organic vegetables and some barley, added a pinch of salt and let it simmer for hours.
Ingredients: Potatoes, barley, leek, carrots, celery, onion, vegetable stock, salt.
