Our Tasty Beef DishesWe use the best Scottish beef from local estates at Carmichael in the Borders, which ensures it is the most tender melt in the mouth beef you have ever tasted. This meat is so amazingly succulent, its tasty and and nutricious with very little fat. We really don't have to do very much to it in the cooking process. We add organic vegetables, some herbs from the garden (or window sill in the colder months) and slow cook in the oven or on the hob. As in all our cooking, everything is hand made in small batches, and it shows in the colour, the consistency and most of all in the taste. We use our own family recipes; all traditional Scottish cooking, nothing else added. No preservatives, nothing artificial, and its not frozen either so you can experience good old fashioned home cooking, at home, without lifting a finger!
