Spelt Loaf

Our spelt loaf is made from 250g of spelt flour, olive oil, salt, yeast and honey. It is delicious and a great alternative to traditional wheat. It is quite a heavy, dark grain, and we also make it with quinoa and oats to make it a little lighter.
