We use gluten free venison sausages hand made by our butcher at Carmichael, and bake them in the oven with potatoes, carrots and onions.
The sausages are tasty, low in fat and cholesterol, and combined with the potato make a delicious dish, served hot with added vegetables or crusty bread.
